Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Well Receipt account or connecting a mailbox, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Well Receipt does

Well Receipt is a software service that reads your email (with your permission) to identify invoices and receipts, extract their data, and present it to you in a dashboard plus exports. It is a tool to help you organize finance documents — not bookkeeping or tax advice. Verify any extracted data before using it for accounting, tax filings, or other consequential decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity in your account. Notify us at support@wellreceipt.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use Well Receipt with mailboxes you don't own or aren't authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use Well Receipt to process content that violates applicable law (e.g. fraud, money laundering).

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

Paid plans bill in advance (monthly) via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel any time from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate partial periods. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and lifetime purchases. Prices are exclusive of taxes; Paddle collects and remits applicable VAT/sales tax where required.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or for any reason on 30 days' notice. On termination we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

Well Receipt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Extraction accuracy depends on the source document — we don't guarantee any particular extraction is correct, complete, or timely. You are responsible for verifying any data before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Well Receipt's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, lost data, or accounting/tax penalties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
