You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.
If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend (e.g. you meant to cancel but missed the date), email us at support@wellreceipt.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that billing period in full, provided you have not exported data or otherwise used the service significantly during that period.
Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable. To request a lifetime refund, email support@wellreceipt.com from the email on the purchase.
The free preview tier (first 20 invoices) is permanently free and no payment is collected, so no refund is applicable.
All payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Paddle, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Any applicable tax (VAT/sales tax) collected at the time of purchase is refunded along with the charge.
If Well Receipt is unable to deliver the service due to an extended outage or a critical defect, contact support@wellreceipt.com and we'll work out an appropriate refund or credit on a case-by-case basis, even outside the windows above.
